Delete your Chirroo information.

Public accounts are not available yet. Private test users can delete their account inside Chirroo or ask support for help.

Delete your account

Open Settings, download your data if you want a copy, then choose Delete my account and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the Google email used for Chirroo with “Delete my Chirroo account” in the subject. Never send a password or sign-in code.

What is deleted

Your private lists, tasks, notes, boards, folders, settings, reminders, device records, files, and test-app sign-in record are included. Shared lists, notes, boards, and other household plans remain for the household, while your messages, uploaded files, task assignments, reactions, and outstanding invitations are removed.

If you own a household

Ownership must move to another adult member before your account is removed. If no other member remains, the household and its content can be deleted with your account after confirmation.

Before you delete

Download your data from Chirroo Settings if you want a copy. Account deletion cannot be undone after it is completed. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or law; those records are kept only as long as needed.

Early-access email only

If you joined the email list but never used the app, ask to leave the list. Your signup record will be removed from the active list.
