This policy covers the Chirroo early-access website at chirroo.com. The public customer app is not available yet, so this page does not describe a service you can currently create an account for.

What we collect

When you join early access, we collect the email address you provide, the signup date, and the page source that sent the form. The form service also records basic request details such as your IP address, browser information, and referring page for delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Why we use it

We use this information to keep the early-access list, send a confirmation, notify Jameson of the signup, prevent abuse, and send occasional Chirroo product updates. We do not sell your information.

Where it goes

Signup records are stored on the private Jameworld server. Brevo is used to deliver confirmation and future product email. Basic privacy-friendly website traffic is measured with a self-hosted Plausible Analytics service.

Your choices

You can ask what we have, request a correction or deletion, or leave the early-access list at any time. Reply to a Chirroo email or write to [email protected].
