This policy covers the Chirroo website and the private test version of the Chirroo app. Public customer accounts are not available yet. We will update this page before paid access opens.

What we collect

When you join early access, we collect the email address you provide, the signup date, and basic request details used for delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Test-app users also provide a Google account identity and may create household tasks, notes, whiteboards, chat messages, reminders, and settings.

Why we use it

We use this information to run, secure, sync, improve, and support Chirroo; maintain the early-access list; prevent abuse; and send requested product updates. We do not sell personal information or use household content for advertising.

Where it goes

Signup records are stored on the private Jameworld server. The test app uses Google Firebase for sign-in, database sync, file storage, alerts, and hosting. Brevo delivers product email. Basic website traffic is measured with a self-hosted Plausible Analytics service. A complete paid-service provider list will be published before sales open.

Your choices

You can ask what we have, request a correction or deletion, or leave the early-access list at any time. Reply to a Chirroo email or write to [email protected].
