Simple terms for early access.

These terms cover chirroo.com and Chirroo’s private test app. Public paid accounts are not available yet. Final subscription and payment terms will be posted before sales open.

Who runs Chirroo

Chirroo is operated by Lantern Interactive LLC in Utah, USA. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Your account and household

Use accurate account information and protect access to your Google account and devices. A household owner controls invitations and certain shared-space settings. Only invite people you trust because household content is visible to everyone in that household.

Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, messages, whiteboards, and other content you create. You give Chirroo only the limited permission needed to store, copy, process, and display that content so the service can work for you and the people you share it with.

Acceptable use

Do not use Chirroo to break the law, harm another person, invade privacy, spread malware, abuse the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use. Chirroo may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or the law.

Early access

Early-access features may change, pause, or fail. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Chirroo provides export tools, but no online service can promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Paid service

Early access costs US$3 per household each month, including tax, for up to six adults and 5 GB of file storage. The 14-day trial requires no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. You must choose to subscribe.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel renewal through the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Your first payment is refundable if you request the refund within 14 days of that payment. A first-payment refund stops renewal, with complimentary access continuing through the end of the original subscription period.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chirroo is provided without implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change as Chirroo becomes a paid service. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Utah law governs these terms, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
