Simple terms for early access.

These terms cover chirroo.com and Chirroo’s private test app. Public paid accounts are not available yet. Final subscription and payment terms will be posted before sales open.

Who runs Chirroo

Chirroo is operated by Jameson Daines in Utah, USA, and presented as a Lantern Interactive project. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Your account and household

Use accurate account information and protect access to your Google account and devices. A household owner controls invitations and certain shared-space settings. Only invite people you trust because household content is visible to everyone in that household.

Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, messages, whiteboards, and other content you create. You give Chirroo only the limited permission needed to store, copy, process, and display that content so the service can work for you and the people you share it with.

Acceptable use

Do not use Chirroo to break the law, harm another person, invade privacy, spread malware, abuse the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use. Chirroo may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or the law.

Early access

Test features may change, pause, or fail while Chirroo is being prepared for sale. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Chirroo provides export tools, but no online service can promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Paid service

Before paid access opens, Chirroo will show the current price, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms at checkout. Those checkout terms will control the purchase. No current early-access page creates a promise of a launch date or price.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chirroo is provided without implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

These terms may change as Chirroo becomes a paid service. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Utah law governs these terms, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
